1 ½ pounds langoustines
1large onion , finely diced
3 garlic cloves , minced
pepper to taste
½ bunch finely chopped parsley
1cup white wine
1cup tomato sauce

Instructions
  1. In large saucepan or dutch oven, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Add langoustines and continue cooking for five minutes.
  3. Deglaze with white wine, add tomato sauce, parsley, salt & pepper and stir well.
  4. Cover langoustines with water, bring to a boil and cook until sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Add orzo and cook until done.
  6. Enjoy!
