- Dry paximadi or country bread
- Goat Cheese
- Sliced tomatoes
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Rub the paximadi with fresh garlic and sprinkle with water to soften. If you can’t find Greek paximadi, then toast thick slices of country bread and rub with fresh garlic. Lightly drizzle with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. Spread goat cheese and top with sliced tomatoes. Finish by drizzling with olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
