- 3 cups grape must
- ½ cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Sesame seeds
- Ground walnuts
Bring grape must to a boil for about 5-7 minutes, in a separate bowl add flour and 2-3 ladles of grape must and get all lumps out. Add to grape must and stir well, mix in sugar and continue stirring for an additional 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Pour into serving bowl, top with ground walnuts, sesame seeds and ground cinnamon.
Let cool and enjoy
If you cannot find grape must in your area, you can substitute molasses. Below is the molasses version:
3 ½ cups water
1 cup flour

Bring the molasses and water to a boil. In a bowl add the flour and 2 ladles of hot molasses, mix well to get out all lumps and pour into pot. Mix well and continue cooking for about 2 minutes, remove from heat and pour into serving bowls.
Top with ground walnuts, sesame seeds and ground cinnamon.
