Dakos
Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Ripe Tomato Grated
  • 4 Large Dakos
  • Olive Oil
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Mizithra Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Olives
Preparation:

On serving plate place the dakos, sprinkle water on dakos, top with olive oil, top with tomato, drizzle a little olive oil over tomato, season with salt, oregano, top with cheese, drizzle with olive oil, top with olives.

Repeat for all dakos pieces.
