Bouyourdi
Ingredients:
- thin slice of Metsovone or Smoked Gouda
- thin slice of Metsovela or Gruyere
- thin slice of Edam/Swiss
- thin slice of Feta cheese
- 3 -4 black olives, pitted and sliced
- 3-4 thin slices of green pepper
- 2-3 thin slices of fresh tomato
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes
Preparation:
Layer ingredients from bottom to top based on order of ingredients above. Bake at 475 degrees for approximately for 3-4 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and the top is slightly golden brown.
