• thin slice of Metsovone or Smoked Gouda
  • thin slice of Metsovela or Gruyere
  • thin slice of Edam/Swiss
  • thin slice of Feta cheese
  • 3 -4 black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 3-4 thin slices of green pepper
  • 2-3 thin slices of fresh tomato
  •  1/8 tsp hot pepper flakes
Layer ingredients from bottom to top based on order of ingredients above. Bake at 475 degrees for approximately for 3-4 minutes or until the cheeses have melted and the top is slightly golden brown.
