- 4 large handfuls of pre-washed arugula
- 3 ounces manouri cheese, crumbled
- 1 bar of Pasteli crumbled (Greek sesame honey bar)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
In a dressing bottle or jar with lid, add the olive oil, vinegar, petimezi, salt & pepper. Shake well and set aside.
In a large, wide serving bowl add the arugula, top with sliced green onion, crumbled manouri cheese, pasteli pieces and pomegranate seeds, toss lightly, drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
